Those who purchase a license for a copy of software do not have the right to make additional copies without the permission of the copyright owner, except (i) copy the software onto a single computer and (ii) make "another copy for archival purposes only," which are specifically provided in the Copyright Act (Section 117).

Privacy and personal data

When you provide your email in a contact form, it is used solely to respond to your inquiry, we do not store emails provided in this way to send you any marketing communication in the future.

Your email address, name and contact information entered for the DTP Tools cloud account registration is used for billing purposes only. If you wish your profile information to be deleted, please contact support@dtptools.com. For tax and legal purposes we need to store the invoices with your information for 10 years since purchase year.

For registering your account without purchasing any product, we only store your first and last name and email address, which can be deleted entirely upon request. When you log-in using a third party service, Facebook or Google, we only collect your name and email address to associate with your signing information to our app, we do not use your profile information for marketing purposes.

Your payment information and card data are not stored by DTP Tools, recurrent payments are handled by our providers Global Payments and PayPal. To update your card information, please place a new transaction in our payment portal, so the card can be authorized again.
