History Lite

This is lite version of History plug-in (see History plugin for details).

It behaves pretty much as  fully-featured History plugin with less functionality. History Lite doesn't support snapshots/versions, doesn't save history with document. It still keeps list of actions you can undo or redo.

If fully-featured History plug-in is present, this plug-in is not active (you don't get two panels!)
