Layout sub-menu brings four features for which it is handy to have a keyboard shortcuts.

It is not useful to call these commands from pull-down menu, but assiging shortcuts to vertical and horizontal guides will allow you to add guides during work at the exactly place where your cursor is. And the annoying dragging guides from sides of your document won't be necessary anymore.
